Large detached house in Tobermory, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 With a modern minimalistic look throughout.
		A good sized veranda with fantastic views for an alfresco breakfast and those long summer evenings.
The lounge is large, light and spacious with soft leather settees and natural wood flooring. There is a wood burning stove for a cosy night in with a colour tv and dvd player. (logs provided) Fantastic views of the Sound of Mull.
		Assynt is a modern house with a lovely warm atmosphere. Ideal for families or couples, young and old alike.
A well equipped, up to the minute, stylish kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, plenty of work surfaces and a small breakfast bar.
		The dining area has a large pine table and patio doors leading out onto the decking area.
The good sized dining area allows for comfy sofas for that relaxing cup of coffee. There is also a separate utility room housing a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
	The downstairs double bedroom has a four poster wrought iron bedstead and full length mirrored, fitted wardrobe.
Upstairs has a spacious double bedroom with lovely ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobes.
		This downstairs twin room has adult size bunk beds and full length mirrored, fitted wardrobe and an open outlook across the fields. The other twin bedroom has twin beds with a view over the village, again with full length mirrored, fitted wardrobe.
Upstairs there is a warmly decorated washroom with wc.

This is the view of the village to the right of the property. There is a grassed garden area ideal for children and private off road parking.
		Enjoy the island scenery from the upstairs lounge, of Calve Island, the Sound of Mull and the mountains beyond.
