The  hallway, downstairs cloakroom and kitchen/diner  have random natural slate floors, the lounge has  a solid oak floor         The Kitchen/Diner   The kitchen is modern and well equipped with  oven and hob, integral dishwasher,  fridge freezer, washing machine with dryer  other appliances include  a health grill, microwave, slow cooker, electric whisk, cafetiere  etc   The dining area has a large oak table and six high backed oak chairs.     The Lounge The cottage is decorated tastefully with high quality  furniture The lounge  has a two leather sofa's & a  log burning stove for those cosy nights, the property has  oil central heating throughout . Ploughman's Cottage has broadband internet access and sky TV, DVD and hifi system   Twin Bedroom will have ziplink twin beds which convert to a kingsize bed for 2012       double bedroom with king-size  ensuite bathroom below     The Bedrooms The oak staircase leads to the upper floor and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The double and the twin bedded rooms has a large ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. The wooden beds have high quality sprung mattresses,  and co-ordinated Egyptian cotton linen  and throws. 		Property Description Ploughman's cottage looks across Baliscate Garden towards the sea.  It has been built to a very high standard and is a semi detached property but keeps its individual privacy. It really is a home from home. The kitchen is very spacious, well equipped with high quality furniture. The bathrooms are brilliant - big deep baths with lots of hot water! Great to come back to after a long walk! The bedrooms are comfortable with lots of storage space. The living room is cosy with a good size tv. It wasn't cold enough to use the log fire but that must be lovely on cold evenings. There is full central heating as well. The private garden is full of flowers and very peaceful - you can watch the hens parade around! The location of the cottage is excellent - a few minutes drive into Tobermory or a short walk. The cottage is off a lane, away from the road so is very quiet at night. John and Hylda are on hand if you need anything. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and shortbread - a nice touch! I have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and hope to come again myself. It is perfect for a family with children, two couples or, as we were, just the two of us!" 18th June 11 "We just wanted to say what a fantastic holiday we had in a lovely cottage.
