The accommodation in the old part comprises rear porch leading to toilet and inner hall off which are the bathroom and kitchen. well equipped kitchen with aga

A staircase leads to a twin bedded room and a bunk bedded room. In the newer part are the sitting room and dining room with a second staircase leading to a double bedroom and twin bedded room.

Off the sitting room at the rear of the house is a sun lounge (facing South) with access to the laundry room and toilet/shower room

Cooking is by the oil fired AGA, the Philips electric cooker, hob & microwave
Water supply is from an automatic pump and filter in the burn above the house
Heating is by the Aga, open fire and wall mounted electric convector heaters.
Water heating is from the AGA but a back up immersion heater is fitted.
Smoke alarms are fitted on both stairways. A fire blanket is situated in the kitchen and a dry powder extinguisher is in the back porch. Emergency lighting is installed at the bottom of both stairs near front and  rear doors.
Car parking is available directly outside the house

Property Description

Situated in the secluded South- East of the Isle of  Mull at the end of the Allt a Chonnaidh (the sheltered burn) wooded valley, the houses are 200 yards away from the West end of sea Loch Spelve. Ben Craig faces the front with the Croggan hills behind, Loch Spelve to the right and freshwater Loch Uisg to the left.

Barrachandroman is ideal for active family holidays or to escape to peace and quiet. The Farmhouse for up to eight people self catering

The following are included in the cost:
Coal and/or firewood, Oil for AGA and electricity
All bed linen - all beds are made on arrival and there is a spare change of linen if required
Bath and hand towels. Tea towels and dish clothes
