Newly built, traditional style, wheelchair friendly, modern cottage. Entrance is via a large porch with washing machine and tumbler drier. A wide door opens into a very spacious living room with large embayment incorporating a fitted kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished, with easy chairs in the lounge area and table and chairs in the dining area. The room has satellite television, radio, maps, guide books, and tourist information about Mull.

Doors off
the living room lead to a bathroom (with bathroom suite incorporating a
shower over the bath), a linen cupboard, and a bedroom with new king size bed,
chest of drawers dressing table, and fitted double wardrobe. All doors
easily accommodate wheelchairs. The cottage has a small wheelchair friendly
garden and patio.
