Crannich lies
in the centre of the map below and is labelled in red.
Crannich is on the Salen to Dervaig road on the LHS
approximately 2.5 miles from the Dervaig signpost at Aros
Bridge.

The sea is approximately 2 ½ miles at the head of Glen Aros
where there is a small pebbly beach. Otters, seals and
other wildlife are regulars at this spot.
Salen is a 10 minute drive where there are two grocery
shops, a post office, pub/hotel, Italian restaurant, tea
room, bike hire and fuel station etc.
Dervaig is a 15 minute drive where you can find the oldest
pub on Mull with good food and regular live music, post
office, grocery store, coffee and bookshop, shops and the Old Brye
Heritage centre. Tobermory
is 20 minutes away with many shops pubs and live music,
hotels and restaurants, distillery and an arts centre. It
has a marina, and various wildlife and pleasure boat trips
set off from the harbour. Tobermory is also home to the
popular children's T.V series 'Balamory' and Isle of Mull
cheese!!
Calgary is a 25 minute drive with fantastic white sandy
beach, hotel restaurant, art in nature and gallery tearoom.
Ulva is 30 mins drive and a
small boat trip.
Fionnphort is 1 ½ hours by car where you can cross to Iona
with its famous abbey, religious heritage and amazing white
sandy beaches .
Fishnish ferry is 20 minutes drive and Craignure ferry is 25
mins.
