The flat has an open plan living / kitchen / diner and is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge- freezer, microwave oven, washer- dryer, colour TV with freesat, video, and CD / radio. The double bedroom and main living area both contain large walk-in cupboards

The accommodation is all electric with ample storage / convector heaters and is supplied by a £1 coin meter which is the responsibility of the two guests.

The comfy double bedroom has a wonderful panoramic sea views.

The shower room has a shower, wc, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, convector and shaver point / light.

The guest accommodation at Raraig House is modern and sunny with magnificent panoramic sea views within easy walking distance of Tobermory harbour front.

Property Description

The self-contained flat at Raraig House is modern, spacious and sleeps two in comfort. It is graded with the Tourist Board. Bedding and linen are included in the price but personal towels are not.

Raraig House is peacefully situated with panoramic views overlooking the Sound of Mull to the Morvern Hills. Just five minutes walk to the main street of Tobermory

The cottage is non- smoking for the benefit of all our guests.
