Rockcliffe is situated on the harbour and is the only dwelling house on Main Street with a sunny private
 garden overlooking the beautiful bay
It has an ever changing seascape with the comings and goings of fishing and nature boats and private yachts and ferries.
The perfect location for walking to all the amenities and places of interest in Tobermory.

The entrance porch is light and sunny leading to a cloak and boot room and loo with wash hand basin.  The lower hall has further coat hanging facilities and the kitchen and parlour lead off from it.

The kitchen is quaint but has an electric cooker fridge freezer microwave and washing machine and a double ceramic sink. It has a small table and 4 chairs.

The Parlour is in the front of the house and has a double aspect overlooking the front garden and Tobermory bay. It gets the morning sun and has a cheerful feeling .It houses a large farmhouse table and 8 chairs. There is a further rocking chair and bed settee pine cupboards and hi-fi music centre

It also has a log burning stove and a pulley clothes dryer on the ceiling Fantastic for drying the wet stuff.
Sleeps 7 - 11 people

The master bedroom has commanding views over just about everything. The harbour master used this room during the Second World War. It has a double bed and a wash basin and usual furniture. The dawning sun comes in this window it’s the perfect way to wake up.

The second floor has a family bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with a double aspect window, one overlooking the bay to the mountains beyond. The bathroom is right next door.

The twin room has a wash hand basin.

The first floor sitting room has fantastic views of the bay and a great vantage point for watching wildlife. There is a television with sky.

I ask for a returnable booking deposit of £100.00 per week

 This will be refunded after the stay when the housekeeper has checked for damage or misuse.

The house keeper will provide you with bedding and towels to make your self catering stay
easier (less packing) unless you request to bring your own linen in which case a refund of £5.00 per person will be deducted from the cost.
