Entrance Hall/Morning Room
The entrance hall is spacious and can also be used as a morning room. It is south facing with recessed windows overlooking garden. It has a beamed ceiling and terracotta style stone floor. All other rooms are accessed from this hallway. |

Lounge/Dining Room
The lounge and dining room are split-level with a central open fire and solid birch hardwood floor. There are two steps down into the lounge supported by a handrail. The lounge is fully equipped with a television, DVD player and CD player. The dining room has a double bed settee which can accommodate additional guests. The lounge area has beautiful views out over the garden and the Sound of Mull. |

Kitchen The kitchen is fully fitted with hand built wall and floor units and a small breakfast bar. It is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and condenser dryer. It also has a drying cupboard.

Bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. The en-suite has a toilet, hand basin and bath with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed, wardrobes and dressing table. The en-suite has a toilet, hand basin and shower cubicle.

Garden
The garden is arranged on 3 levels; Due to the ponds Seaview is not really suitable for very small children and the owners advise that any children are supervised at all times.
