Terms
and Conditions for booking A deposit of £75 is required at the time of booking – the deposit is normally non refundable, but in special circumstances consideration will be given. The balance is to be paid a month before the start of the holiday. In the event of cancellation of your booking less than a month before your holiday the balance can only be refunded if we manage to re-let the property for that week. It is advisable to have holiday insurance. Number of people booked cannot be exceeded without prior consent. * There will be a £10 charge per dog for pet friendly properties.
