The flat is well-soundproofed, but some noise is to be expected as it is above the Mishnish pub. You will, however, have a very short walk home!

We had a lovely stay at this gem of a place. The window seat in the flat offers constant entertainment and views- fishing boats and bigger vessels coming and going and even a pod of dolphins to entertain us one morning.
The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed for our week's stay. Yes, it's above a pub but we weren't disturbed by any anti-social noise. In fact, we enjoyed being able to nip down for a drink or bite to eat. This was our first time on Mull and won't be our last. We would certainly be delighted to book this accommodation for another trip.

This is a really comfortable flat. Diane has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. There are guide books and maps for the use of guests. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The kitchen/sitting room is of generous proportions and the bedroom is cosy. There are plenty of grocery shops near by and free parking. The location is great if you want to be in the heart of the social hub of Mull. The pub below serves delicious food and is full of character. In the summer they have the odd live concert which can be heard in the flat, so best join in. Would recommend to any one who doesn't want to spend their time in splendid isolation on Mull. The apartment was in such a great place with fantastic views. Everything you needed for a weeks stay on Mull. Well stocked apartment, clean, tidy and well maintained. Will definitely be back.

Waterfront Snug,
Waterfront apartment on the first floor of the iconic Royal Buildings. A stone's throw from all amenities and a good base for exploring Mull. Apartment features a well-equipped open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with fabulous views over Tobermory bay, and a cosy double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Note that the apartment is adjacent to the famous Mishnish hotel with its lively lounge bar and restaurant. The flat is well-soundproofed, but some noise is to be expected. You will, however, have a very short walk home!
