What a fab spot! The most stunning island....even better than Skye! Our highlight...of so many...was dolphins diving around us on the way to Staffa, unforgettable. Thank you!

We've had a fantastic holiday. The Snug has been exactly that... comfortable and exactly what we needed to make a home in and come back to after our explorations of the island. Thank you!

Great few days on Mull, with mixed weather. Still quiet on the roads which was great. Café Fish is a must and the cheese shop a good find. Waterfront snug is just perfect for a few days away.

Excellent stay on Mull as usual. Hogmanay here is something special. Had great views of seals at Salen and excellent otter watching at Pennyghael. Alas no eagles! Plenty of buzzards and great northern divers plus many others. Love 'The Mish' - a pint of Mishnish lager is a must do!

Nice wee flat! Fabulous town with Tobermory Distillery - Kathryn and Graham were great.

Lovely snug little place with almost everything you could need. Unbeatable view! Wildlife in abundance here, saw otters and eagles around Loch Na Keal, drove most of the island. Best of all was wandering the adorable Tobermory shops and dolphins in the harbour right in front of the flat! Must do...Tobermory shops...Loch Na Keal...Isle of Mull Cheese...Aros Park...Calgary Bay...Drive, stop, look and binocular!...Iona

Our third stay in this cosy flat. Lots of rain but it was still beautiful. This place just gets better and better. Definitely try the drive from Pennyghael to Salen via Gruline, amazing! Counting down the days until we can come back.

Great shops to pick up souvenirs, loved the place, thanks! Drive around the island was exciting. MishDish and Café Fish were excellent. Great walks to the lighthouse and Aros Park. Apartment was clean and very comfortable.

Very comfortable flat with wonderful views. We could spend a whole week looking out of the window at the comings and goings in the bay. However we did get around and drove round the whole island. Several fantastic walks, seals, eagles, deer, various seabirds. Ulva, Iona, Staffa...was a wonderful week.

The flat made an excellent base to explore Mull. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable size for 2 people and fantastic view from the window seat.We even saw a seal twice!  Shops and amenities within walking distance. Would recommend: getting chips for tea and driving to a quiet bay...we saw otters - climbing Ben More if the weather allows...fabulous views - Discover Mull wildlife tours - drive the island and explore...discover fantastic little beaches and walks

We depart this morning after a very pleasant and relaxing holiday. We have enjoyed the flat (although I have not mastered the TV), we have had good food and good trips both by road and sea and the weather has been very kind to us. We arrived on 07/07/18 so be warned the Saturday music from the pub below is loud. You can laugh about it later, we would definitely visit again.

Lovely comfortable flat on a beautiful island. Aros Park is a must with its stunning waterfalls, great trip to the eagle hide near Dervaig and Loch Tor wildlife hide. Stunning beach at Calgary. Nice brew at The Coffee Pot in Salen and great fish and chips at the Pier Café. Can't wait to come back.

This is the perfect location, we love the flat and the views from it and have explored the island and been overawed, the scenery is breathtaking and gets better every bend and turn. We ate at the Mishnish a few times and it was good. The Cheese Farm is amazing with very welcoming staff. The Tobermory Hotel has a lovely bar and views. Hope to come back soon.

Loved this place! It was a lovely wee flat and is a great base for staying on Mull. Lively pub next door to accommodation, which has live music and a nice atmosphere. Great window seat for looking out across the harbour. The owner has done a great job at making it feel like a home from home.

What a fantastic iconic property to stay in! The window seat is just brilliant and the view is fascinating, better than the TV. Everything you could want for a comfortable stay on the beautiful Isle of Mull. There is the famous Mishnish bar next door and we had many a good nights in there and lovely food too. There's so much to see and do in Tobermory and loads of brilliant eateries.

Had a great stay at the Waterfront Snug...wonderful window view of harbour watching sunset colours on the water. The West Highlands Yacht week came to Tobermory whilst I was there and there was a fabulous atmosphere in the town and at night the Mishnish had live music until late, the Mad Ferretts played fiddle/mandolin/bagpipes etc...brilliant. Easy to park outside flat and a short walk to the shops.

The Waterfront Snug is a perfect cosy location for a romantic getaway, and an ideal base for a break on the beautiful Isle of Mull.
My husband and I visited for a long weekend at the end of March and it more than met our expectations. The owner has thought of everything - from the tasteful decor which gives the flat a subtle nautical feel without being too over the top, to little touches like maps and guides to walks in the area. The double bedroom is compact but very comfortable, complete with ensuite shower room and nicely powerful shower! The spacious and airy living room with kitchenette boasts the apartment's best feature - the window with gorgeous waterfront views, and a cushioned window seat which was my favourite place to settle down with a drink at the end of the day and watch the world go by.
It should be borne in mind that the location of the flat is adjacent to the Mishnish, Tobermory's best and busiest pub - so some street noise is inevitable, particularly during weekends and high season; having said that it did not bother us at all - partly due to the fact that we spent much of our evenings within the establishment ourselves, but perhaps thanks to the sea air we slept like logs all 3 of the nights we spent there.
We can thoroughly recommend Tobermory and Mull as a holiday destination and the Waterfront Snug as a base for a couple.

'Waterfront Snug' totally lived up to its name - we had a snug, cosy and warm February stay here. The furnishings etc in the flat are very tasteful and of high quality. There are lots of thoughtful touches e.g. photos, guide books, maps, games etc. The location is fantastic - incredible views! Sitting in the lovely window seat with a coffee and watching harbour life in the bay was a perfect way to relax. Great location for all amenities in Tobermory. We had a brilliant time and would love to return!
